An animated short using only thumbtacks, paper clips, and rubber bands


Canadian artist and filmmaker Guillaume Blanchet, best known for his award winning short film called The Man Who Lived On His Bike, has been receiving several awards for his innovative stop-motion short called A Girl Named Elastika. Using only thumbtacks, rubber-bands, paper clips, and a bulletin board, Blanchet tells the story of a young girl who seeks adventure in a variety of whimsical settings.
